Ruth Fraser
Ruth established her own Executive Coaching practice in 2008 and has over 15 years dedicated 1:1 coaching experience. She brings extensive personal experience as a senior leader, having worked in the corporate and voluntary sectors for over 20 years.
This included a career in banking and subsequent roles as HR Director & Executive Team member within a Global Humanitarian organisation of 1500 international staff, leading a team of 35. She was also a Charity Board Trustee member.
Ruth is interested in people and organisational effectiveness, working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations. Her experience includes organisational development, leadership, culture, behavioural change and learning and development.
Ruth is a trained Co-Active coach and Intermediate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has additionally trained with the Academy of Coaching Excellence. She is a member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).
Ruth coaches senior leaders, emerging leaders, leaders in career change and transition, and leaders facing difficulty and seeking a way through. Her experience encompasses corporate, professional services, voluntary, health and creative sectors.
In terms of style and approach, Ruth is passionate about working with executives and leaders to achieve their fullest potential, tasting more of their own success. Her insightful approach enables them to clarify what’s important to them now and in the future, whilst navigating demanding aspects of their role and life.
