Ruth has an extraordinary ability to listen, understand and make suggestions. I have had personal experience of her unique “insightfulness and wisdom”, and had that experience affirmed by others. I believe that the role “coach” only describes one facet of Ruth’s value to an individual or organisation.

During a critical period, Ruth’s insight, wise advice and time played a critical role in my development as a Director. Her high standard of commitment to people as individuals continues to impress me.
